Our Story

Origins

It started with a quote about seventh heaven. Almost every religion has its own version of it — the universal peak — and it captured the exact energy we were chasing. An international label already had the name, so we pivoted: 777heaven Records. That was 2024. The digits come down to numerology: seven is inner wisdom and intuition, and tripled it becomes the jackpot, the sign you're on the right path purely because you trusted your gut.

That trust is where The Fool comes in. Card zero of the tarot isn't naive — it's pure potential, the courage to step into the complete unknown. This label started out of a bedroom in Manila with a blank slate and a massive leap of faith, and every independent artist who does things on their own terms starts the same way. 777 is the peak and the payout. You can't reach 777heaven without having the guts to be The Fool first.

Most of us were bedroom artists and underground musicians putting out music independently for years before any of this came together, spread out across different parts of Luzon. We knew exactly what it felt like: months of work in a bedroom, drop the track, watch the algorithm move past it like nothing was there. Filipino underground music has always had something real in it. The tracks that actually get pushed from here tend to sound identical, built from the same template, engineered to fit a format and nothing else. The underground is the exact opposite of that. What it's never had is anyone putting real weight behind it. We were already friends, already in the same circles, already having the same conversation every time we linked. That the only real options were sign something you'd regret later or keep grinding alone. 777heaven was the moment we got tired of that conversation and stepped off the edge ourselves.

Mission

All of us have been on the artist side of this. Bedroom producers, underground band members, independent releases that went nowhere. We know what the Philippine music landscape looks like from that angle. How few actual options exist, how easy it is to end up locked into a deal that leaves you with streams you can't track and music you no longer own. We built this specifically because we didn't want to recreate any of that.

Every artist we work with keeps their masters, their publishing, and full creative control. We partnered with oneRPM so our releases hit Spotify, Apple Music, and everywhere else, reaching listeners internationally, not just locally. We do the actual work of pushing your music. We stay out of your creative process unless you want us in it. That's the deal, and it doesn't move.

The underground is where we come from. It was never supposed to be where we stay. The music on this roster belongs on festival stages, on mainstream playlists, in rooms that seat thousands. We're not here to be a well-kept secret. We're here to make sure these artists get the size of audience their music actually deserves.

Vision

We'll be honest about where we are: we're still building this as we go. We're young, the label is based in Manila but the team is spread across Luzon, and we're not going to oversell what we are right now. But we know exactly the kind of label we want to be. The one this scene always needed and never had.

The roster's grown fast. 39 artists in and still moving. The focus now is reach: getting Filipino underground music past the ceiling it always hits, onto bigger stages, and into the ears of listeners who've never heard Manila sound like this. Mainstream isn't the enemy of authenticity. Done right, it's just a bigger room. We're building toward that room, and we're taking everyone on this roster with us.
